Did you receive a text message from Elmira Water?

We were recently informed by our billing software vendor that they would be sending a mass text message to all phone numbers (inactive and active accounts) in our billing system so they could be in compliance with the guidelines of 10DLC regulations. For customers currently enrolled in receiving SMS messaging, you would only reply STOP if you would like to opt out. For any customer who is not currently enrolled in SMS Messages (this includes all inactive customers), you can simply ignore the message or reply YES to enroll or STOP to deny. If you have any questions, please call our office at 607-733-9179.  These texts were sent out Monday, March 24th. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
