When two or more accounts are supplied with water through one service pipe, under control of one curb stop, the Board reserves the right to apply its shut off regulations to the joint service line. If this applies to you the Water Board will send notification prior to shut-off to all impacted parties.

If you have any questions / concerns related to this please call customer service at (607) 733-9179 during business hours.

Work Performed on the Customer Side

The customer is responsible for the service line from the curb stop (at the street) into the house and all valving and piping inside the home.  Your service may be shut-off for repairs on the customer owned service line or internal plumbing.

If you are a tenant please direct all questions regarding these repairs to the owner.
