Visit our website at www.elmirawaterboard.org and use the "Account Access" link to set up a user account. It is necessary to have your account number available to use the system. You will then be able to view your account history and make payments OR use the "Quick Pay" feature which allows you to pay your bill without logging in; all you need is your account number. The on-line payment types accepted are: Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and checks. You will also be given the opportunity to sign up for a recurring payment option.
Just dial 877-363-3948 and you will receive step-by-step instructions on how to use the Tele-Works bill paying system. Forms of payment accepted are: Mastercard, Visa, Discover, Debit Card, or directly from your checking account. You will need to have your account number available upon dialing. The system provides you with your balance due, last payment amount and date, and your last bill amount and date.
