Main Office Hours
The Elmira Water Board’s Main Office, located at 261 West Water Street, is opened to the public Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. The Office will be closed on the holidays listed below:

In the event of an after-hours emergency (4:00 PM - 9:00 AM), please call the Filtration Plant at (607) 732-2277. The plant is manned 24/7 and will notify the appropriate personnel for emergency assistance.
